ELFAC Honours the Seitz Family of Germany as European Large Family of the Year 2025

Recognised for their outstanding commitment to family life, community service, cultural engagement, and intergenerational solidarity, the Seitz family embodies the values that large families bring to Europe. 
 

ELFAC calls for the removal of barriers that large families face to ensure the right to stay for all

The European Commission will put forward a strategy on the right to stay, focusing on regions and territories.

Croatia: Association Obitelji 3plus promotes positive visibility of large families through media engagement
Through authentic media stories and public advocacy, Obitelji 3plus continues to challenge stereotypes, promote family values, and highlight the everyday realities of raising larger families.
 
Romanian Large Families Association (ASFANU) brings the voice of large families to the SHE MAP European dialogue
ASFANU participated in the SHE MAP – Women Between Representation and Realities event in Brașov, represented by Brenda-Andreea Piuaru, ASFANU’s Secretary General.

New president in Obitelji 3plus (Croatia): strengthening community, advocacy, and family support

During the reporting period, the Association Obitelji 3plus elected new leadership. Josipa Nemet.
 
Family Day brought together more than 1,100 participants at Tallinn Zoo (Estonia)
